I'm from Newark, NJ.  I'm sure that the first thing people think about when they hear Newark aka Bricc City is stolen cars.  That aint all.  It's a lot of things that come out of here, Redman, Outlaws, Outz, so on and so on.  Now everything is Bs and Cs.  On top of the muthafuccin' police that like to kill niggaz out here but thats a different subject.  I been C'd up before it got big out here from another state.  Now this shit is crazy.  There ain't no goal or loyalty.  Just two colors that kill each other and themselves.  

What the fucc is that shit.  I know every set and every gang runs different state
to state just like between us and New York ( we ain't the same).  When I did
go to different cities, Chicago, Atlanta, Charlotte, Gary (Indiana), and even
NY, everybody else got some kind of connection, but not us.  If you cuz up
the hill, you might get mashed by cuz from down the hill.  

And the other way around.  It aint never been heaven around here even in the
fuccin 60s.  People right when they say its the worst place to raise yo seeds
C-cause aint shit here now its more to prove it.  Its fucced up to say but
death is accepted here.  If one nigga dies both sides mourn and move on to do
the same shit cause everybody know each other.  I been around C-sides my own
hood and state and I aint proud but this shit is the worst and you wont know
unless you live here.  I could get along wit rivals from out of state C4 I
could at home.  What the fucc?  I got locs from Compton and even folks from
Chi-Town and the South.  And even though they probably the highest rated gang
wise, when it comes to Newark and Irvington NJ they rather C home on some
real shit.  Not no punk shit at all but they'll say the same thing, it aint
shit here but a death trap and niggaz eager to die.  

The biggest is everybody
want to move out of Jersey but the only way to get money is the street.  
School don't pay for itself and 7.50 to 8.50/hr cant even feed a fuccin dog
out here.  What options is there?  Babies are born and good people who don't
run the street try to make it.  What option is there?  It aint shit here and
it aint just the fault of niggaz such as myself.  You can die 2 ways around
here:  trying like a man and wait for yours or trying like a man and take
whats yours.  Its real.
