Ride by Doulos
Inspired by his faith and obligation to put the masses on notice, Doulos manifested a song which invigorates those who "Rep Christ" while at the same time attracting the music consumer who simply seeks hot music.
ATTENTION DJ's and Radio: This single is radio ready and only requires you believing in and supporting the music. Custom drops created upon request.
"When Doulos approached me to A&R this single, he knew exactly what he wanted to deliver and trusted me with executing that vision. We approached Royal XVI to produce the track and as always they delivered. I wanted the hardness and strength of Doulos to be complimented, so I enlisted Gina Rene who brings a soulful street passion to the chorus. The end result is a great testament of a seasoned artist." - Amilcar "PRO" Welton
THA SIRE'S debut album THA ARRIVAL drops
Early 2008!
Growing up in the mean streets of East Los Angeles, exposed to gang violence, drugs, sex, and more at an early age.
Ernesto Jimenez Jr., a.k.a. THA SIRE of THA EMPIRE RECORDS INC. was one of the lucky few to have both of his parents in his life.
Coming from a father that loves music and played the guitar as well as occasionally wrote song lyrics, THA SIRE says he influenced himself to begin this journey as an artist. His writing began with thoughts that eventually were turned into lyrics and then into songs.
With a unique style and in a category all his own, THA SIRE agrees that what inspires him to write are world issues, family and the ability to express and touch someone emotionally through his music no matter what age or ethnicity. His main motivation as he states is "Being Real...being himself."
From Graffiti to G-life, from arrests and being incarcerated, from losing friends to starting his own family, THA SIRE has seen it and lived it. He now heads his own Indie label THA EMPIRE RECORDS INC, who he is releasing his album through.
He has worked with Goldie Loc, Kokane, Jayo Felony, Kurupt, KMG (Above the Law), Slim the Mobster, and more on his debut album.
THA EMPIRE RECORDS INC is also proud to be part of a major and positive movement in the music industry. THA SIRE will be one of many artists on the BANGIN....Pain, Pride and Destruction compilation album, which is all being done for the charity foundation- Amer-I-Can/Unity One, which is dedicated to stopping gang violence between African-American and Latino gang members, both in prisons and on the streets. The organization also offers life skills training to its members. Amer-I-Can supporters include Magic Johnson, Harry Belafonte, George Foreman, Spike Lee, James Ingram, Bill Russell and Denzel Washington. Other artists on this album include: Snoop Dogg, AKon, Ice Cube, Lil Wayne, TQ, Kurupt, Kokane, DJ Battlecat and many more.
THA SIRE can currently be seen gracing red carpet events such as The Latin Grammy's, The American Music Awards and many more. He is also part of www.gangstyle.com, where former gang members speak about their old and new unrelated gang lifestyle.
"I'm not a gangsta rapper. My music is real music, true reality music. I grew up listening to NWA, Dr. Dre, and Oldies. I just love music, real music".

Play - The year is 1977. Flint, MI is the place. On a warm June day, a 21 year old is giving birth to her 3rd child. She names him Timothy. He's born with a rare condition. Among other abnormalities, he has 1 kidney and is not expected to live long. A few days later, Timothy is taken to a relative's house. The house catches fire. The young mother and the child escape unscathed.
SKIP - 1995. Now 17, this young man explores the streets and runs into trouble. Facing life in prison, Timothy spends his 18th birthday (his crossover into manhood) behind bars. He has a lot of time to write raps that he plans to perform with his cousin who is .5 of their Gansta' Rap group.
Slow Motion - The sentencing has been a little over a year ago and Tim is running. The police are hot on his tail. He is a suspected drug dealer and a raid is taking place. This older brother to 6 is arrested and is now facing up to 40 years in prison. As the jury reads the words,Timothy's mind seems to blink. He looks back and his mother is crying. It just registered. She's crying tears of joy. Not Guilty.
FF - Jog up to 1998. Timothy is, and has been focusing hard on music
since his first arrest. The music's hold on him is not tight enough to keep him from wanting to make money now. During a studio session, the 21 year old producer is taking a break. On his way back to the session, he stops at the leading of the Holy Spirit and listens as a first cousin and a family friend plot on his life.
Pause - Timothy Jones lets go of everything that does not have to do
with God.
Rew - He picks up where he left off as a 14 year old dancing and
rapping Gospel with his brother and soon to be disappointed cousin who was in his current group.
Resume - Grapetree Records calls him a few months later. They want to feature (his testimony in song form), A Mother's Prayer, on an upcoming national release.
Streaming - In the present day. Timothy C. Jones is the CEO of a one
stop entertainment shop, BliSs eNTERTAINMENT - www.blissent.net
866-71-BliSs. The company has released more than a handful of CDs and seems to always have 1 or 2 on the way. The company creates graphic designs and websites. They also print, produce radio commercials, provide CD replication at gorgeous rates and provide a MP3 service that allows fellow musicians, authors and preachers keep 100% of MP3 download profits.
BliSs eNTERTAINMENT has created Godly eNTERTAINMENT outlets for the
young and old alike with concerts, tours, bowling and skating sessions. The mission of Timothy' BliSs' Jones which is to reach the lost and unify the body of Christ continues beacause he is a Believer in the Love that's In the Savior of Sins.

Hip Hop Lives
In Rap’s beginning, it was born out of a gang truce that was lead by
Africa Bambaata and Kool Herk, which started a positive movement on the streets. In that day the first “Street Prophet” I’ve ever seen was Grand
Master Melle Mel, who delivered Messages from the Streetz. Melle Mel Prophecy in that day, thangs that are happening today such as wars, in World War III,
"Survival," "Sign Of The Time" and we all know the words of "The Message."
These were some of the greatest of Hip Hop’s History, which Mel did wit the
Furious Five. They dealt wit ghetto poverty, crime, drugs, and unfair
treatment from government and law enforcement. I met my Rap hero Melle
Mel in Las Vegas 2006. continued...
