don't stress, never, no matter wut, trust God n have faith...lyfe 2 short 2 stress n worry....stress killz, literally...it buildz plaque around da heart n arteriez...my father died from a heart attack from stress n eatin unhealthy...almost all food sold in storez iz unhealthy 4 u n speedz up ya death...da gov. figurez ppl stupid enuff 2 eat unhealthy (fast food, processed, etc.) aren't fit 4 survival...popullation elimination theory....or der wud b 2 many ppl here now....datz y dey allow tobacco n alcohol 2 b legal...ppl stupid enuff 2 kill demselvez aint fit 2 survive (da gov. figurez, n makez $$ off of)...
now i eat healthy, n dont smoke n drink....itz a waste of lyfe...i lost enuff ppl 2 learn from der mistakez...itz a blessin in disguise...errthang happenz 4 a reason!!!..

amen!!! i belive the same as well... and i do have stress from time to time, but i have to realise that i need to just let it all go to god and i shall live a long and fruitful life...i am barely getting into that chapter..as i continue to learn things change for me...the word of god literaly changes your life.
