I will overcome and persevere. I know God makes everything happen for a reason and will get me through it, IF I stay faithful. In life, you receive what you earn, we must earn our way into heaven by being obedient to God while still on earth. We do this by staying faithful in times of need and not sinning for easy, temporary rewards. We do this by giving back to those with less then us even though we have less then others. Their's always people with less and with it much worse. Remember that. Much of life is what you make it. If you want to feel sorry for yourself, make excuses, and not apply yourself, you will be destine to fail in life. Their's opportunities to those who seek them with as much effort as they put into complaining. Sure the economy is worse then it's ever been and crime is the new norm, that doesn't mean God approves of what you're doing. It means he's testing you more, because only the most faithful will make it into Heaven. Not those who constantly sin and repent, but don't change and have a corrupt heart. Their are many fake Christians, don't let them bring you away from God. Be the example, influence, and inspiration you never had. You may change someone else's life and life views and perspectives. You must believe, in God and in yourself. Don't follow others. People are not perfect and will make mistakes and take you down the wrong path. If you follow God first and keep him above all, you are certain to succeed. Lead others towards God, don't become dependent or trusting of people, realizing they are not perfect, only God is. Back to why I wrote this... Even though many people have it much better (I know a billionaire who could care less if I'm starving) I will not envy them or wish I was them. We do not see their suffering and problems, were blinded by the assumption that they have money and can buy happiness and not have problems. However, many of the wealthiest people are miserable and as a result die young due of health related issues. i.e. Steve Jobs, Michael Jackson, Bernie Mac..etc.. In the past few years many, many, many people we idolize and look up to have passed away. All of which made significant contributions to society, but most of which did not believe in God. God uses these people as examples to show without him, even if you're smart, successful, or have money, you CAN'T WIN AND SUCCEED! You must keep God 1st in everything you do, speak, and act. He is watching and rewards us according to our faith and actions on earth. Remember that. Help those with less, don't envy those with more. To those I don't know nice to meet you and hope you are doing well too:) Anyways...onto my topic....Just wanted to let everyone know that God is NOT mad at you no matter what you have said or done because it's not about anything you do it is about The Finished Work of Jesus Christ. His stripes bore ALL of our sickness, disease, and infirmity so that we could have His Divine Health. His blood was spilled so that we could be free from the bondage of sin...means all of our sins;past, present, and future (all of our sins were future at the Cross)are forgiven. We are completely cleansed. When our ABBA FATHER looks at us all He sees is perfection because He sees His Son! This makes me want to jump for joy...how about you? It's your responsibility as a God fearing Christian to bring as many people to God as you possibly can. We as Christians must dedicate our lives to helping people get saved, not making $$, working, or being selfish. It's about God and nothing else. Forget money, God will make it disappear if you put it before him. Don't look for true love in relationships and people, you will only waste your time. Only true love is Jesus Christ.
